To reinforce these values, we have implemented the General Corruption Prevention Regime, in accordance with Decree-Law no. 109-E/2021. This regime establishes essential measures to prevent and combat corruption, promoting a fairer and more trustworthy business environment.

The General Corruption Prevention Regime (GCPR) is a set of rules and procedures aimed at preventing and combating corruption practices. Established by Decree-Law no. 109-E/2021, the GCPR sets mandatory measures for companies and public entities, including the implementation of compliance programs, codes of conduct, internal reporting channels, training, and internal control systems.
